The Library of Congress posted meeting minutes for the Bibliographic Framework Transition Initiative Update Forum held at ALA Midwinter Meeting in Dallas, Texas on January 22, 2012. You can find the minutes here or in PDF format here (five pages).
Following an introduction and overview of the work completed thus far were discussions concerning the funding of the Transition Initiative and plans for partnerships with other national and international stakeholders. The minutes conclude with a question and answer (and comment) period. Highlights include: the desire for a recommended reading list concerning linked data and RDF (Resource Description Framework), the negative tone of comments on the BIBFRAME listserv, and a quick shout out to Kuali OLE.
