The Metadata Discussion Group at Indiana University Libraries meets to discuss metadata issues pertaining to libraries, archives and museums. The group has no formal membership and meetings are open to anyone from IU Libraries, the Department of Information and Library Science, and to those on campus interested in topics pertaining to metadata and resource discovery.

The Metadata Discussion Group is co-moderated by Jennifer Liss, Metadata/Cataloging Librarian and Head of the Monographic Image Cataloging Section, and Julie Hardesty, Metadata Analyst Librarian.
