IU Libraries are new members of the ACRL Diversity Alliance and have developed a Diversity Resident Program modeled on successful programs managed at other Diversity Alliance institutions. The IU program aims to increase the inclusion and diversity of librarians at our institution as evinced in our Diversity Strategic Plan and to further the growth and development of academic librarians at Indiana University.
