Honest and dedicated police commissioner Awadesh Pratap Singh lives a middle class lifestyle in Bombay with his family consisting of wife Shushma, daughter Anu and a son who is also a police inspector Abhay. When Abhay is posted as a security guard at wealthy and influential Mahendra Pratap Rana bungalow he gets to learn that Rana have links with terrorists who have plans to destroy India.



It is the story of two men in a girl’s life. One loves her, the other wants to kill her. The girl is an heiress and her stepfather is waiting for her to turn 18, so he can inherit her wealth. He tries to coax, cajole and coerce the boy out of her life but to no avail. Finally, he takes the help of a corrupt inspector to eliminate the boy.
